Product Usage
How do I dose bacterial products like Starter Bacter?
Shake the bottle well and add the recommended dose directly to your aquarium. For Starter Bacter, use 5ml per 40 liters during initial cycling. Always follow the specific dosage instructions on each product label.
Can I use multiple products together?
Yes, most of our products can be used together. However, avoid using medications and fertilizers simultaneously. Wait 24-48 hours between treatments. Beneficial bacteria can be used with fertilizers without issues.
How long does it take for products to work?
Bacterial products: 3-7 days for cycling. Medications: 3-5 days for visible improvement. Fertilizers: 7-14 days for plant growth. Deworming: Complete 2-cycle treatment (14 days total).
Do I need to do water changes during treatment?
For bacterial products: No water changes needed. For medications: Follow product-specific instructions – some require water changes between doses. For fertilizers: Regular 20-30% weekly water changes recommended.

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Tier 2 cities: 4-6 business days. Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days. Remote areas: 7-10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹500 qualify for free standard shipping across India. Orders under ₹500 have a flat ₹60 shipping charge.
How are live bacterial products packaged?
Live bacterial cultures are shipped in insulated boxes with gel packs to maintain temperature stability. All liquid products are sealed in leak-proof packaging with absorbent materials for safety.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Can I return opened products?
Opened consumable products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns on opened products that were used incorrectly or for compatibility issues.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

What is the nitrogen cycle and why do I need bacteria?
The nitrogen cycle converts toxic ammonia (from fish waste) into less harmful compounds. Beneficial bacteria like those in Starter Bacter and Billion Bacter establish this cycle, keeping your water safe for fish.
Can I use these products in saltwater aquariums?
Most of our bacterial and medication products work in both freshwater and saltwater. However, planted tank fertilizers are designed for freshwater only. Check individual product descriptions for compatibility.
Are your products safe for shrimp and sensitive fish?
Products marked “Smile” are specifically formulated for sensitive species including shrimp, bettas, and nano fish. Always start with half-dose for very sensitive species and monitor closely.
